The Money Panel® Partner Programme

Become a Financial Coach Programme Partner

Earn a 20% revenue share on both pathways whilst helping coaches and financial professionals learn to work with the human side of money.

  • CISI CPD accredited
  • Optional CeFC designation

When you become a Financial Coach Programme Partner, you are not only earning a 20% revenue share

Though £500 to £800 per person you introduce is rather lovely.

You are helping two kinds of practitioner, in two different ways

For the coaches in your community

Depth where their training runs out

They already know how to hold space, ask meaningful questions and support change. But when money enters the conversation, they meet the limits of their existing training.

They might avoid going too deeply, offer general guidance about beliefs, or refer the conversation elsewhere, because they have no clear financial coaching methodology to rely on.

This programme helps them add structured, responsible money coaching to the work they already do. They are not becoming financial advisers. They are becoming better equipped to coach the beliefs, emotions and behaviours that shape a client’s relationship with money.

For the financial professionals in your community

The part of the plan that technical skill cannot reach

They can build a technically sound recommendation, model a retirement plan and explain the financial consequences of every choice in front of a client.

But a good plan cannot create change on its own when fear, identity or inherited beliefs are shaping what the client does next.

This programme helps them work more skilfully with the human factors that influence implementation. It adds a dimension to what they already offer, and at a moment when the technical layer is increasingly automated, it makes them a human expert as well as a money expert. It is designed to complement their technical expertise, not replace it.

The profession is changing. Information alone was never what created change, and the practitioners who thrive will be the ones who can hold the conversation underneath the numbers.

This is the only UK financial coaching certification that combines practical money expertise with psychology, emotional regulation and somatic work.

What you are sharing with your community

A certification built by a former financial adviser, for the people having the harder conversations

The Financial Coach Programme teaches the Money Narratives Clearing® Framework, a six-step methodology drawing on trauma-informed nervous-system awareness, behavioural science and practical financial coaching tools. It is what Catherine wished had existed when she was advising clients who understood exactly what to do and could not bring themselves to do it.

The Money Narratives Clearing® Framework

A six-step methodology for coaching the beliefs, emotions and protective patterns that shape financial decisions. Structured, teachable and repeatable in real client sessions.

CISI CPD accredited

Recognised professional development, with the optional CeFC designation for those who complete Pathway 2. Credibility that stands up inside a regulated practice.

The Money StoryTypes® Assessment

A proprietary tool revealing five archetypal patterns: Architect, Innovator, Impulsive, Enabler and Pacifist. Members can use it with clients from the start.

Live cohort, not a course to consume

Seven modules across 18 classes, roughly 15 hours of core teaching, with fortnightly integration calls with Catherine and an interactive AI curriculum guide. Twelve months of access.

Two pathways, one framework

Pathway 1 gives practitioners the tools to use inside their existing work. Pathway 2 adds twelve months of peer practice, the marketing toolkit and full certification.

Built for mixed professions

Coaches, financial advisers, planners, accountants and bookkeepers, each with the framing that fits their remit. Your audience will find themselves in it.

The five learning phases

How the framework is taught

Roots
Grounding yourself and uncovering the patterns.Outcome: recognise deeper patterns in client conversations earlier.
Release
Understanding what the pattern protects, and what it costs.Outcome: work more confidently with resistance and stuckness.
Reframe
Questioning the old story and opening new possibility.Outcome: help clients shift long-held beliefs more effectively.
Rewire
Anchoring a healthier, more intentional relationship with money.Outcome: turn insight into practical, sustainable change.
Real-world
Integration, application and client practice.Outcome: apply the framework in real sessions with confidence.

The result

A practitioner who can stay in the room when the money conversation gets real, and knows exactly what to do next.

Your revenue share

What matters more than the revenue share

Every practitioner who learns this framework goes on to hold hundreds of money conversations differently. The revenue share is the thank you. The change in the room is the point.

Getting started

Five steps, and we handle the rest

  1. Sign up as a partner and receive your unique tracked link, which records the person rather than the traffic. Once you are approved you have access to every product inside ThriveCart, both pathways and every payment option, not only the one you signed up through.
  2. Find your link to the free taster session inside ThriveCart. This is what we suggest you share first. It is the lowest-friction way into the work, it asks nothing of your audience, and your link follows them all the way through to enrolment.
  3. Access the complete promotional toolkit, including social posts, email copy, graphics and key messaging, all written in brand and ready to send.
  4. Join a partner call where Catherine walks you through both pathways, the curriculum and the questions your audience is most likely to ask.
  5. Share the taster with your community. Your revenue share is calculated on whatever anyone goes on to enrol in, at whatever price they pay.
Why we start with the taster. A certification is a considered decision, and very few people make it from a link alone. The taster session gives your audience an hour inside the framework with Catherine, with nothing asked of them. It is the kindest way to introduce your community to the work, and the natural first step towards either pathway. The live cohort runs 30 September 2026 to 13 January 2027.
