TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Background
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to The Body of Wealth™ digital course. When you purchase the Course, you will be deemed to accept these Terms unless we expressly agree in writing otherwise. For the purposes of these Terms, if you are a corporate entity then “you” shall include your officers, agents and employees and you agree to procure their compliance with these Terms.
1. Interpretation
The following definitions and rules of interpretation apply within these Terms.
Client/You: means the person or entity purchasing the Course and paying the Fee.
Company/We/Us: Catherine Morgan Limited, 1-3 Colomberie, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 4QB, Channel Islands (company number 137407), trading as The Money Panel.
Circle Platform: means the online learning platform operated by Circle.so where the Course content is hosted and accessed.
Content: means all materials, resources, information, videos, audio recordings, PDFs, assessments, and other content provided as part of the Course including but not limited to the Money StoryTypes® Assessment, Body of Wealth Map PDF, and Money Receiving Heart Meditation.
Course: means The Body of Wealth™ digital course, a 4-module somatic programme as further described in Schedule 1.
Data Protection Legislation: shall include all applicable data protection laws including, but not limited to, the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018, the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and any applicable implementing laws, regulations and secondary legislation relating to the processing of personal data as well as the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), as amended, and any successor legislation.
Fee: the purchase price of the Course which is US$37.00 or GBP£27.00, payable by the Client to the Company as a one-time payment.
Intellectual Property Rights: means all worldwide intellectual property rights whether registered or unregistered, registrable or non-registerable, including any application for such rights existing now or in the future and shall include copyright and related rights, patents, rights in design, database and computer software rights, rights to inventions, trademarks and service marks (including Money StoryTypes®), trade names, domain names, goodwill and passing off rights, confidential information (including know-how and trade secrets), moral rights and any other intellectual property rights.
Money StoryTypes®: means the proprietary assessment tool and framework owned by the Company for identifying money archetypes and patterns.
Payment Agent: The Money Panel Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ (company number 10267198, registered in England and Wales), which collects payments on behalf of the Company.
Territory: the World.
1A. Company Structure and Payment Arrangements
You are entering into a service agreement with Catherine Morgan Limited, a company registered in Jersey, Channel Islands, trading as The Money Panel. All services under these Terms are delivered by Catherine Morgan Limited from Jersey.
For payment processing convenience, the Course Fee is collected through our UK entity, The Money Panel Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 10267198), acting solely as a payment collection agent on behalf of Catherine Morgan Limited.
All contractual obligations, service delivery, liability, and dispute resolution sit with Catherine Morgan Limited (Jersey). The Money Panel Ltd (UK) has no liability to you under these Terms other than the obligation to process payments and refunds correctly.
2. Course Description
The Course is a self-paced digital learning programme consisting of four modules designed to help participants identify and release somatic patterns that affect their relationship with money.
The Course includes Module 1: Core Belief Mapping – Understanding why money patterns are body-based; Module 2: Understanding Your Money Parts – Meeting inner protective patterns; Module 3: Money StoryTypes® – Identifying dominant money archetypes with personalised 20+ page assessment; and Module 4: Somatic Money Mapping – Creating a new relationship with money through somatic practice.
Additional materials included: Four video modules (approximately 3 hours total duration), Money StoryTypes® Assessment (delivered upon completion of online quiz), Body of Wealth Map PDF workbook, Money Receiving Heart Meditation (22-minute audio recording, value US$59 or GBP equivalent), and access to the Circle Platform for course delivery.
The Course is entirely pre-recorded and self-paced. No live sessions, one-to-one support, or personal feedback are included unless separately contracted.
3. Access and Duration
Access to the Course is granted for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Upon expiry of the 12-month access period, your access to the following will be automatically terminated: all Course materials including videos, audio recordings, and downloadable PDFs hosted on the Circle Platform; the Circle Platform course area; and any future updates or additions to the Course content.
Following expiry of the 12-month access period, you will retain any materials you have legitimately downloaded during your access period in accordance with the licensing terms set out in clause 5, and the right to continue using techniques and practices learned during the Course for your personal benefit.
No extensions to the 12-month access period will be granted unless separately purchased at the Company’s discretion and prevailing rates.
4. Payment and Purchase
The Fee for the Course is US$37.00 or GBP£27.00, payable in full at the time of purchase.
Payment is collected by The Money Panel Ltd (UK) on behalf of Catherine Morgan Limited (Jersey) and must be made by credit card, debit card, or other payment methods accepted by our payment processor at the time of purchase.
The Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances as set out in clause 9.
All payments are processed in US Dollars or GBP Sterling. If your bank or payment provider applies currency conversion, you are responsible for any conversion fees or charges.
Currency
The currency selected at checkout shall be the currency of the contract between the Client and the Company for all purposes under these Terms, including any refund, late payment charge, or debt recovery.
Where the Client's payment method is denominated in a currency other than the selected payment currency, the Client shall be solely responsible for any currency conversion fees, exchange rate charges, or other costs applied by the Client's bank, card provider, or payment processor. The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from exchange rate fluctuations.
Any refund to which the Client may be entitled shall be processed in the original payment currency. The Company shall not be liable for any difference in value resulting from exchange rate movements between the date of payment and the date of refund.
We reserve the right to change the Fee at any time. Any change will not affect purchases already made but will apply to all future purchases.
5. Your Purchase and Licence
Please ensure you understand what is included in the Course before purchasing.
The clauses below set out how a legally binding agreement is formed between us: (a) You place an order to purchase the Course by completing the payment process on our website; (b) Once your order is placed and payment is received, we will send you an email confirmation with access instructions; (c) Our acceptance of your order is confirmed when we provide you with access to the Course via the Circle Platform; (d) From that point in time, we grant to you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Course and Content within the Territory for the 12-month access period, subject to and in accordance with these Terms.
Your licence to use the Course is strictly for your personal use only. You may not: (a) Share your login credentials with any other person; (b) Allow any other person to access the Course using your account; (c) Use the Course for commercial purposes including but not limited to teaching, training, or coaching others; (d) Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the Course or Content; (e) Create derivative works based on the Course or Content.
In some circumstances it may be necessary for us to make amendments, revisions or changes to the Course content, or to correct errors. We shall not be liable for any reasonable changes that enhance or maintain the quality of the Course.
6. Circle Platform Terms
Access to the Course is provided via the Circle Platform, a third-party online learning platform operated by Circle.so.
By accessing the Course, you agree to comply with Circle’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as published on their website at https://circle.so/legal.
We are not responsible for any changes Circle makes to their platform, terms of service, or availability of their services.
In the event that Circle’s platform becomes unavailable or Circle ceases operations, we will make reasonable efforts to migrate the Course to an alternative platform or provide you with downloadable versions of the Content, but we shall not be liable for any interruption to your access during such transition.
7. Intellectual Property
All Intellectual Property Rights in the Course, Content, and Money StoryTypes® framework vest exclusively in Catherine Morgan Limited or its licensors.
The Money StoryTypes® name, framework, and assessment tool are proprietary to the Company and protected by copyright and trademark law.
You shall immediately notify us in writing giving full details if you become aware of any actual, suspected or threatened infringement of our Intellectual Property Rights.
At all times you shall: (a) Not alter, modify, or create derivative works from the Course or Content; (b) Not remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary rights notices; (c) Not use the Money StoryTypes® name or framework in any commercial capacity without our express written permission; (d) Comply with all applicable laws regarding the use of the Course and Content.
You shall not do or omit to do anything to diminish our rights in the Course, Content, or Money StoryTypes® framework, nor assist any other person to do so, either directly or indirectly.
Nothing in these Terms operates to transfer ownership of any Intellectual Property Rights in the Course or Content to you.
8. Health and Wellness Disclaimers
IMPORTANT: Please read this section carefully as it contains important information about the nature of the Course and your use of it.
The Course involves somatic practices, body awareness exercises, guided meditation, and work with emotional patterns and beliefs about money. These practices may bring up emotional responses, memories, or physical sensations.
Educational Purpose Only
(a) The Course is provided for educational and personal development purposes only; (b) The Course does not constitute medical advice, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, counselling, or any form of healthcare; (c) The Course is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care; (d) Nothing in the Course should be construed as a diagnosis or treatment of any medical or mental health condition.
Personal Responsibility
(a) You acknowledge that participation in the Course is entirely at your own risk; (b) You are responsible for your own physical and emotional well-being during and after participation in the Course; (c) You should consult with appropriate healthcare professionals before beginning the Course if you have any concerns about your physical or mental health.
When NOT to Take This Course
You should NOT participate in this Course if you: (a) Are currently experiencing severe depression, anxiety, or other acute mental health symptoms; (b) Have been diagnosed with or suspect you have post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) without being under the care of a qualified mental health professional; (c) Are experiencing suicidal thoughts or self-harm urges; (d) Have active substance abuse or addiction issues that are not being professionally treated; (e) Have been advised by a medical or mental health professional to avoid somatic practices, meditation, or emotional exploration work; (f) Are in a current crisis situation requiring immediate professional intervention.
Seek Professional Help
(a) If you experience overwhelming emotional distress, flashbacks, panic attacks, or other concerning symptoms while taking the Course, STOP immediately and seek help from a qualified mental health professional; (b) If you are uncertain whether this Course is appropriate for you, please consult with your doctor, therapist, or other qualified healthcare provider before proceeding.
No Guarantee of Results
(a) We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the outcomes you may or may not achieve from participating in the Course; (b) Individual results vary and depend on numerous factors including but not limited to your personal circumstances, commitment, and individual differences; (c) Any testimonials or examples of results are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.
Financial Outcomes
(a) This Course explores your emotional and somatic relationship with money; (b) The Course does NOT provide financial advice, investment advice, or guidance on specific financial decisions; (c) The Course does NOT guarantee any specific financial outcomes or changes to your income, savings, or financial situation; (d) You should consult with qualified financial advisors for specific financial advice.
Professional Insurance and Standards
(a) The Company maintains appropriate professional indemnity insurance for the delivery of the Course; (b) The somatic and meditative practices included in the Course are provided within the scope of coaching and education, not therapy or medical treatment.
Release from Liability
(a) To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release the Company, its directors, employees, and contractors from any and all liability for any physical, emotional, psychological, or financial consequences arising from your participation in the Course; (b) This release applies whether such consequences were foreseeable or not, and whether arising from negligence or otherwise; (c) This clause does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
NO REFUND POLICY: All sales are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
The reason for our strict no-refund policy is: (a) The Course provides instant access to all materials upon purchase; (b) Digital content is immediately delivered and accessible; (c) The Money StoryTypes® Assessment is immediately available upon completion of the quiz; (d) You receive immediate value from accessing the Content.
Should you choose not to complete the Course or access all materials for any reason, the full Fee remains payable and no refund will be provided.
Your Right to Cancel
(a) You may stop accessing the Course at any time; (b) However, stopping access does not entitle you to any refund; (c) Your access will continue until the end of your 12-month period regardless of whether you continue to use it.
Chargebacks
(a) In light of our no-refund policy, no chargeback or threatened chargeback claims from your debit or credit card provider will be accepted by us; (b) If you have any concerns with the Course, you agree to notify us in accordance with clause 11 of this Agreement BEFORE initiating any chargeback claim; (c) If you choose to pursue a chargeback claim without first contacting us and giving us a reasonable opportunity to address your concerns, you accept that such action shall constitute a breach of this Agreement; (d) In the event of a chargeback claim made in breach of clause 9, you shall indemnify us for: (i) The repayment of any charges, costs or fees imposed on us by your debit or credit card provider or our merchant service provider as a result of your chargeback claim; (ii) Our reasonable costs and expenses for dealing with the chargeback matter calculated at a rate of £50.00 per hour; (iii) Any legal costs incurred in recovering amounts due under this clause.
Exceptions to No-Refund Policy
The only circumstances in which a refund may be considered are: (a) Technical failure on our part to provide access to the Course within 7 days of purchase, where we have been unable to resolve the issue despite reasonable efforts; (b) Duplicate purchases made in error, where you can demonstrate you purchased the same Course more than once; (c) Any other circumstances where we are legally required to provide a refund under applicable consumer protection laws.
Consumer Rights
Jersey and UK Consumer Rights: (a) Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation; (b) Under applicable law, you may have certain rights to cancel digital content purchases, but these rights typically do not apply once you have begun accessing digital content with your express consent; (c) By purchasing the Course and immediately accessing the Content, you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose any right to cancel.
EU/International Consumer Rights: If you are located in the European Union or other jurisdiction with consumer protection laws: (a) You may have a right to cancel within 14 days of purchase under distance selling regulations; (b) However, by purchasing and immediately accessing the Course, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once you begin accessing the Content; (c) Any applicable mandatory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
10. Termination and Suspension
Natural Termination
This Agreement will automatically terminate at the end of your 12-month access period.
Termination for Breach
We shall be entitled to limit your access to the Course or suspend and/or terminate this Agreement with immediate effect and without refund of any Fee if we reasonably determine that: (a) You have committed a material breach of any of your obligations under this Agreement; (b) You have shared your login credentials or Course access with others; (c) You have used the Course for commercial purposes without authorisation; (d) You have infringed our Intellectual Property Rights; (e) You have violated the Circle Platform’s Terms of Service; (f) You have acted dishonestly, fraudulently, or in a way which we reasonably consider may have a detrimental effect on our business or reputation; (g) You have acted in a way which is abusive or intended to cause offence to us or other Course participants; (h) You have failed to abide by any provision of these Terms.
Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason: (a) Your access to the Course, Content, and Circle Platform will be immediately removed; (b) You must cease using all Course materials and Content; (c) Any licence granted to you under these Terms will immediately terminate; (d) Any outstanding amounts owed to us become immediately due and payable; (e) We will not be liable to you for any claims relating to the removal of access; (f) Clauses which by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property, confidentiality, liability, and governing law provisions) shall remain in full force and effect.
Termination shall not affect any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities of the parties that have accrued up to the date of termination.
11. Complaints
We want you to be entirely happy with your Course experience. In the event you have any concerns, you agree to let us know by email to support@catherinemorgan.com and give us a reasonable amount of time to investigate and resolve your concerns before you take any further action.
Where you notify us of a complaint or concern then we will confirm receipt by email and follow our internal complaints handling procedure to investigate and deal with your complaint or concern.
We reserve the right to vary or re-perform any services where we consider a concern is justified and in such case these Terms will apply to any re-performed services.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
12. Data Protection and Privacy
We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process all personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Legislation. Catherine Morgan Limited (Jersey) is the data controller for all personal data collected in connection with the Course.
When you purchase the Course, we will collect and process: (a) Your name and email address for account creation and communication; (b) Payment information (collected by The Money Panel Ltd (UK) on behalf of Catherine Morgan Limited (Jersey) and processed securely by our payment provider); (c) Your responses to the Money StoryTypes® quiz; (d) Usage data regarding your access and interaction with the Course; (e) Any other information you voluntarily provide.
We use your personal data to: (a) Provide you with access to the Course; (b) Send you access instructions and Course-related communications; (c) Deliver your Money StoryTypes® Assessment results; (d) Improve our Course and services; (e) Comply with legal obligations.
We will share your personal data with: (a) Circle.so (our Course platform provider) to provide Course access; (b) The Money Panel Ltd (UK) (our payment collection agent) and our payment processor to process your payment; (c) Our email service provider to send you Course-related communications; (d) Any other third-party service providers necessary to deliver the Course.
We will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
You have rights under the Data Protection Legislation including: (a) The right to access your personal data; (b) The right to correct inaccurate personal data; (c) The right to request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal obligations); (d) The right to restrict or object to processing; (e) The right to data portability.

13. Liability and Indemnification
Limitation of Liability
(a) We do not warrant or guarantee that the Course will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues; (b) We do not warrant that the Course will be suitable for your particular circumstances or produce specific results; (c) We do not guarantee any specific personal, emotional, or financial outcomes from participating in the Course.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability under this Agreement for any and all claims shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Course (US$37.00).
Excluded Losses
We shall not be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), restitution, or for breach of statutory duty or misrepresentation for any: (a) Loss of profit, revenue, or income; (b) Loss of business opportunity or anticipated savings; (c) Loss or corruption of data; (d) Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages; (e) Personal injury (except as set out below); (f) Emotional distress or psychological harm; (g) Financial losses or changes to your financial situation.
Third-Party Platforms
We are not responsible for: (a) Any failures, interruptions, or issues with the Circle Platform; (b) Any breaches of Circle’s terms of service or privacy policy; (c) Any losses arising from your use of or inability to use third-party platforms.
Nothing in this Agreement Excludes or Limits Our Liability For
(a) Death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) Any liability which cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
Your Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Your breach of these Terms; (b) Your use or misuse of the Course; (c) Your infringement of any third-party rights; (d) Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations; (e) Any chargeback claim made in breach of clause 9.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, strikes, or failure of third-party platforms or services.
14. General Terms
Entire Agreement: (a) This Agreement represents the entire agreement between us and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings; (b) You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, representation, or warranty not expressly set out in these Terms.
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
Waiver: (a) No failure or delay by either party in exercising any right or remedy shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy; (b) A waiver of any breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Assignment: (a) You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent; (b) We may assign, transfer, or delegate our rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without your consent.
Third-Party Rights: No third party shall have any rights to enforce any provision of these Terms.
Notices: (a) Any notices required under these Terms must be sent by email; (b) Notices to you will be sent to the email address you provided at purchase; (c) Notices to us should be sent to support@catherinemorgan.com; (d) Notices are deemed received 24 hours after sending.
Amendments: (a) We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time; (b) Amendments will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date; (c) Continued use of the Course after amendments constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms; (d) If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using the Course (without refund).
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: (a) This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jersey, Channel Islands; (b) The Royal Court of Jersey shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement; (c) This governing law and jurisdiction applies to all purchasers regardless of their location (including those located in the United States or other countries); (d) By purchasing the Course, you expressly consent to the application of Jersey law and the jurisdiction of the Royal Court of Jersey.
Language: These Terms are written in English. If these Terms are translated into any other language, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy.
Interpretation: (a) Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation; (b) References to “clauses” and “schedules” are to clauses and schedules of these Terms; (c) The words “include,” “includes,” and “including” are deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation”; (d) References to legislation include any amendment, re-enactment, or replacement.

Duration: Approximately 40 minutes. Content: Understanding why money patterns are body-based, not mindset-based.
Module 2: Understanding Your Money Parts
Duration: Approximately 40 minutes. Content: Meeting the internal “money protectors” that shape financial decisions. Understanding protective parts and their positive intentions.
Module 3: Money StoryTypes®
Duration: Approximately 40 minutes. Content: Identifying the 5 Money StoryType® archetypes. Participants complete an online quiz and receive a personalised 20+ page assessment revealing their dominant money type, unique gifts, hidden fears, and practical strategies for managing and growing money.
Deliverable: Personalised Money StoryTypes® Assessment (delivered digitally upon quiz completion)
Module 4: Somatic Money Mapping
Duration: Approximately 40 minutes. Content: Guided somatic practice to locate where money beliefs live in the body. Creating a new, safer relationship with receiving and keeping money.
Tool: Body of Wealth Map PDF (downloadable workbook)

Format: 22-minute guided audio meditation. Value: US$59.00 or GBP equivalent (included at no additional charge). Purpose: To open the heart to receiving more money without guilt, resistance, or fear. Delivery: Automatically accessible on Circle Platform upon purchase.
